HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE ORDER PLACED THROUGH THE CLICK FROM STORE SERVICE?
Payment can be made at the checkout using any payment method accepted in store.
WILL I RECEIVE A RECEIPT FOR MY ORDER?
Yes, upon payment, you'll be given a non-fiscal receipt that includes the amount paid, the cash register order number, and the e-commerce order number.
WHAT IS LISTED ON THE RECEIPT?
The receipt includes only the total amount, without itemized details. The details of the products will be available in the digital receipt sent to you by email.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is free, both for home delivery and in-store pickup.
WHERE CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
You can choose to receive your order at home, at the store where you made the purchase, or at another store where the service is available.
IS DELIVERY AVAILABLE TO ANY LOCATION?
No, some Italian municipalities are excluded from delivery. Before making a purchase, check with the in-store staff
